Will this case get solved?

Cliffs:
Woman found buried underneath a house that was scheduled for demolition in 2023. She was more than likely buried there at the house in Ontario, Canada since the early 1990’s.
They have identified her thanks to a forensics genealogy company in the Woodlands, TX. No solid leads yet but the case got kicked into high gear now they know her name.
Her name is Brenda Marie LeBlanc
Private company saves the day
I think it will eventually get solved. They’re stumped as to why she was buried there and what her relation to the house could be. Very interesting.

I'm going to go all Columbo & say the killer lived in that house at one time.

Is there some obvious gap where we don’t know the owner in the 90s or something?
It seems this would be easy from here

Depends on whether anyone is still alive that was associated with the house at that time.
