It's hydraulic fluid. Call and bitch about it and they'll come clean it up. If they don't, tell them you're calling the EPA and DEQ.

Sad part the EBRP solid Waste contract states trucks should not be over 6 yrs old in the fleet. The contract has this in it for safety and to keep service issues down including leaking hydraulic fluid off the streets or I-110 as one leaked there a few weeks ago. They been letting this fly for years.

It is funny now that the new 10 yr contract was signed back in March. Now all of a sudden they have major service issues. They been having them for years and did nothing about it until the issues have piled up where they could not hide them anymore.
