Napoli hitting Fuller over claim Hayes called 911 before crash. Notes that Hernandez says he ripped off shirt expecting fistfight, not guns.

BOOM

ADA points out defense atty John Fuller cursed and asked aggressive question. Said, 'Does that mean you can shoot John 7 times in the back?'

Judge refused to let Hernandez answer questions about gun, since he testified he didn't see one.

like O'Neal?

quote:

Cardell opened the driver's door, stepped onto the pavement. He had his .45 in his right hand, held at his side, pointed at the ground.

quote:

“What kind of person,” Kevin asks one day, “sees a guy like Bear, someone that big, standing there with a gun, and keeps coming at him?”

quote:

“He was a legal gun owner in an open-carry state,” Kevin says. He lets that hang there for a moment. “Where the frick is the NRA?”

Where does it say when he exited with the gun? From the sounds of the prosecutions witnesses, they didnt not see a gun when Hayes first exited the vehicle. Just repeating what they said

Here's the article.

quote:

Kevin left his revolver when he got out.

Cardell opened the driver's door, stepped onto the pavement. He had his .45 in his right hand, held at his side, pointed at the ground

Also interesting:

quote:

Bear's so big,” Kevin told me, “and the car's so big, he wasn't even sure we got hit

if hayes is standing around the front of his hummer yelling and shite, holding gun in right hand, he could have been trying to keep it slightly hidden... maybe at some point after will noticed.
