The answer to this issue is so freaking easy. Put an ad on Craigslist personals saying what you said in the original post (virgin, age, and all that) and saying that if anyone would do you the favor of being your first, please text. Say you are absolutely serious. You will get a taker.
If that doesn't work, put the ad in the newspaper or the QuickQuarter.
