Those dolls can be expensive but the good news is that they are also collectable (and all their stuff) and even gain value as they get older older.
I have a large sewing group on FB that sews dresses and makes stuff for the AG dolls (and others). Its a kid friendly group as well since we want young girls to learn things like sewing and crafts.
I'd love to see pics of the dollhouse when it is finished. It sounds simply amazing.
