I travel to Shreveport frequently for work. The water tastes and smells like pond water. It even overwhelms the flavoring of fountain drinks.
I'm not picky and will readily drink tap water, but Shreveport is the worst tasting/smelling water I've experienced.

Fortunately the Blanchard water system comes from Caddo lake and is pretty good

Bossier is doing a chlorine burn right now, that shite is STRONG. Nothing too overbearing, just shocking when you forget about it and catch the smell or rinse mouth out.
