I never remember hearing it in Louisiana. Though I heard it often when living in Western North Carolina. I'd occasionally heat it when living in a Gainesville, and being sent to work in places like Archer or Palatka

What's a "true Christian"?
Someone who lives by Jesus' message of love and kindness. Not someone who spreads hate. For example, I don't consider members of Westboro Baptist to be true Christians.

I sure is frustrating to read so many comments where people actually HATE Christians. Almost every person I know classifies themselves as a Christian. A very very small percentage of them are godly people / Christ followers. If you've ever met a truly Christlike person, you probably wouldn't have so much hate for the religion. I consider myself a Christian, and not always the best either. I will never throw things in people's face or damn them to hell for anything they believe or do. The fact is, most people (not only Christian) will try to find any argument that they can to make their point and try to make a case for why they are right. It just so happens that there are a lot of people that are honestly, not great people. They just so happen like to label themselves as Christian. You might know someone that uses bad language, constantly gossips about people, etc, Monday through Saturday, and attends church and post on social media about Jesus on Sunday, then back to normal on Monday. I hate labels for this reason. I would like to apologize for any "Christian" that would have ever insulted you. True Christians are loving and outgoing people, regardless of who you are (Monday - Sunday). You should all be able to recognize this.

Because when you substitute identity for reason, you are basically just giving a disclaimer of "This is why I'm about to say some irrational stuff. I subconsciously know it is and saying so up front makes me feel better about the cognitive dissonance."
I think this was the answer to the OP. The rest of this shite posting is superfluous

Yea, I'm calling bs.

This isn't an attack on Christians. Half my family is Catholic, the other is Southern Baptist. But this is about Christians who think they can say anything they want, as long as they preface it with "I'm a Christian." No, you aren't a true Christian, you're judgemental a-hole.
You are are obviously bigoted against Christians.

Why would you get that angry at this guy to the point that you are yelling at him during lunch hour? It's a stupid opinion, and the guy is clearly not smart. Sounds you are on the same playing field as him, though.

I'm sure those enjoying their dinner were appreciative of you being a loud ahole.
