Do you realize how cheap is is to make meth? If it was legal, they wouldn't need to be stealing from people to buy meth. Although, they would still need to rob people to eat.

No but something harder than what theyre getting now. How about some kind of working prison with drug test every 2-3 days. Make them work that fricking shite out of their system and then we will see who really wants to become better citizens. Maybe let them learn a trade if they can prove they can stay clean.
