I am just wondering what all these protests are going to accomplish.... I understand people are mad... But AGAIN it will not bring anyone back.. IF certain pepole continue to commit crimes bad things are going to continue to happen....
I'm okay with you Peej, but this is a dumb thought. Historically changes are made after years of social protest.
And although this board inherently likes #2 over #1, they go hand in hand.

I have NO problem with the right to protest.. Just wondering WHY???? IMO it will only make things worse... Just watch and see... NOW When those BR police officers are found to be justified for the shooting AL HELL will break loose... It will give the protesters a reason [in their mind] to destroy shite... What good will THAT do???? Will that solve anything??? Look at the riots after the Rodney King verdict.. Was all that destruction needed???

My point is this, I know for a fact I'm a minority on this board, we have real issues in our nation and talking about them isn't the problem. We need more people to press pause on their ideology and LISTEN.
What's interesting to me is that I'm not a leftist zealot. I'm a registered Reagan Repub from 18yo. But here? I'm so left to this board's demographic I feel like Karl Marx.
