That's right, my bad. We thought they had tons of prepared foods but we are comparing it to home. They have incredible prices on prime beef.

They do have a lot of prepared stuff but not the open deli where you can pick your protein and sides on your own.

they are getting rid of the liquor department

actually i should say, they are swapping with the pharmacy which blows because you will have to use the regular lanes to check out

Yep! Albs is going into the shitter. Both Essen and college. All bc new management has some strict drug testing policy. Who gives a frick if someone smokes weed!!! It's not like they are messing with nuclear bombs.

I personally believe new management is going to sell out to someone else

Albertsons really started going downhill when they bought Randall's. Not sure why but they really started tightening up on employee hours. They began having fewer checkouts open. I have gotten to know several of the people there and they don't like the new deal.

The Albertsons on Burbank and Bluebonnet is pretty nice. The sketchy crowd all goes to Walmart across the street.

I enjoy going to Winn-Dixie on Lee, mainly due to the scenery. Plus they occasionally have decent sales on meat.

Only thing Albertsons is good for is booze. And even that can be found at other places cheaper. They just have a good selection.

That thing is such a scam. We buy a ton of shite from Albertson's, so I took an afternoon to sort through the stack of Monopoly handouts. We got like one tiny jar of pickles out of a hundred monopoly coupons.

It's such a waste of time. I quit fricking with it a long time ago

I shop albertsons bc Walmart meat is inedible. I'll gladly pay more per item not to shop in a shitty Walmart.

ETA. Albertsons is expensive bc it's not Walmart.

When I didn't have 45 minutes to wait in line at Wal Mart and not wanting to put up with cultha, I would go to either Target, Albertsons, or Rouses.
