I bought the bordering 40 acres next to my 70 acres last week and am thinking about how much it's gonna take to take care of it all. I guess everything is relative.

Any reason they don't just sell pieces of it? Seems like a very very limited market for someone looking to buy that much land.

I agree. Anybody who could afford that, doesn't want it.

No doubt it's limited.

Ted Turner maybe? He already owns a few million acres though.

Jeff Bezos bought a 240,000 acre ranch not long ago.

Land owning pissing matches between the super rich are nothing new. There has been one playing out on both sides of the river around Natchez for years.

Granted this was before oil went to shite but you get the idea.

What pissing matches are you talking about around Natchez? Coonies bought up everything they could couple years ago and what's not for sale won't be because they are paying stupid lease prices on it.

Yeah I am more of a Hancock or Two Eyed Jack fan but Poco Bueno was a nice horse.

825,000 acres but it's 4 sections and not contiguous.

Two oil guys have been buying up land on both sides of the river in that area for years, caused a lot of fuss when one bought up all of Anna's Bottom and ended a bunch of clubs that had been around for awhile.
