The ranch is located west of Wichita Falls, Texas, south of Vernon, near the Red River. Other towns nearby include Electra and Seymour. It spans 520,000 acres of land. As a result, it is the second largest ranch in Texas after the King Ranch. It is half as large as Rhode Island. It spans six counties. Part of it can be seen from U.S. 183/283.

It's the largest single ranch under one fence in the country

quote:

The ranch has been surveyed by the United States Department of Agriculture for matters of preservation.[2] Thirty cowboys, and about 120 people overall, are employed on the property. It has about 14,000 cows and bulls as well as 500 horses. It also includes 30,000 acres of arable land and about 1,100 producing oil wells One of the lakes on the ranch provides water for the City of Wichita Falls.

In August 2014, the ranch was listed on the real estate market with an asking price of US $725 million.

I was reading about this a few weeks ago. Blows my mind. I think the land comes with like 50 tractors too.

My uncle used to have a descendant of Poco Bueno. That's as close of a connection as I have to it.

It would have to at minimum. They farm 240,000 acres of it. That's insane.

Dan Bilzerians lifestyle is persuading me to sell it. I will have much more fun with the money in my pocket.

It would be odd having land in the middle of your property that you didn't own

The estate itself doesn't own that land. I think ome of it has been split amongst some other family members but I get what you are saying.

Drive through it everyday....massive is putting it mildly. My favorite ranch is the 6666, four sixes, is stunning and emphasizes horses...is west and south of the Waggoner spread
