I can tell you it costs more to hit a duck on lsu campus than it does to bump a student who is out of a crosswalk.

The roundabout there works fantastic. Rando is being a bitch. I drive through there all the time and yes, you do have to slow down and sometimes wait for a bus to clear but it isn't nearly as terrible as Nicholson Ext heading towards Highland.
