Why doesn't the US have any great drinking songs?

Was just at a German May Festival and watching everyone sing Ein Prosit and it was kinda sad thinking we don't have anything really close to that.

We used to, but then we got preoccupied inventing almost every form of music popular today, while they stuck to the same songs or copied us.

2 people. 1 drinks every time you hear Roxanne the other drinks on every red light.

I don't care if that's not what you meant. Great drinking song.
