I-14.
It’s going to run north of Austin.

Followed U S 90
Yep, I kept waiting for someone to explain to these dumbass kids that most interstates parallel an existing U.S. Highway route.
In Texas:
I 10 = US 90
20 = 80
30 = 67
40 = 66
35 = 81
45 = 75

There was no split until 20 through southern Dallas County was finished in the mid-70s.
20 followed present-day US 80 through Forney into downtown Dallas and ended.
The freeway became the DFW Turnpike, after which 30 (which followed 67 to the Turnpike) resumed westward after the turnpike ended at Oakland Street in East Fort Worth.
The turnpike became free on NY Day 1978.
Edited, but correct now.

Did you know interstate 910 exists in Louisiana, just the state refuses to recognize the designation?
Yeah and in 50 years they'll rebrand it as I-49.

Austin is served by I-35. San Antonio by I-10.
Both are major, primary routes. Who cares.
