They make me take off all my clothes then they weigh the clothes hit tare on the scale and then I out them back on and then step on the scale. Very accurate the most accurate.

Before you go to weigh in…Make sure your keys, phone, wallet, change, belt are not on your person. Also…. Don’t eat before you go and wear your lightest weight shoes. That could knock off 3 pounds. If you’re really serious… give yourself a fleets enema the night before and don’t eat or drink. Lol
