Great Britain team doesn't include 3 of their overseas possession. And if you live in North Ireland, you can compete for either Great Britain or Ireland.

The US went to war with Spain. Puerto Rico was just treated like a spoil of war. Welp, now we get to enjoy our spoils and all the costs that come with it. The post I originally responded to makes it sound like Puerto Rico is just there for a handout. Well, you decide to occupy a territory, it cost you.
