I wouldn't say Amazon's choices are poor in sheets. They have a few good choices, I think your experiences for cost/quality with LLBean just outweighs pretty much anything else in that price point on the market outside of LLBean. So you should be mad at all other stores for their lack of selection. LL Bean definitely has some really nice soft sheets that last well compared to others in that price range.
Amazon seems to have plenty of tea kettles that would work fine on gas stoves as well. That was just a bad impulse selection by you.

He bought some shite product on Amazon basically without even looking at it. he said it was the best reviewed product so he one-click-purchased it. Come to find out, it is a cheap, shite product and now he's mad at Amazon about it.
Nevermind that Amazon has nothing to do with the actual product, or its quality. Nevermind that the reviews specifically state that the product is pretty shitty. Nevermind that he wasted almost no time looking up reviews of the product and gave even less fricks about paying attention to them. Nevermind that if he wanted to, he could likely return it to Amazon for a full refund.
Bottom line, OP is an idiot, and this thread went about the complete opposite of how he expected it to.
