Me either. I've only had problems with shipping and they've given me free next day shipping even though it wasn't their fault.

Why did you try ordering sheets from Amazon anyway? People who love LLBean sheets usually stick to those exclusively, they are cheap and another great customer service company. Why make the switch?

i typically start with amazon when buying anything..i am 0 for 3 on the last 3 things i've bought. all 3 times i had to go elsewhere because the amazon choices were so poor.
