Your community likely has a solicitation ordinance (if in city limits). This dude likely does not have a permit. Call the cops.

I'm a libertarian. frick city ordinances. He should be free to operate where he pleases without the damn government's intrusion. But his company should focus on other ways to acquire new customers if they want more success.

Let me put this simply for you, since you seem to be struggling here. There are enough people who buy their services to warrant them knocking on peoples' doors. It might not be you, but other people buy it.
