You aren't wrong. The destruction of the nuclear family by the democratic party forces many to have 2 homes for kids.

SF doesn't have much of that type housing. I agree other large cities do but it is being gentrified pretty fast. There are huge sections of my city that were no-go areas and are now full of new condos, townhouses, restaurants and bars
