Why do people refuse to shite in the handicap stall?

Dear Facebook,

Scenario: 3 stalls. Corner, middle and outside. The outside stall is the handicap stall.

I'm posted up for the first of my two-a-day 30 minute dump and TD session in my usual corner spot. I'd say 50% of the time when a fellow dumper comes in, they go straight for the middle stall, even if the outside is available. We don't have any handicap people in this office and it pisses me the frick off when someone unnecessarily plops down a foot away from me and starts dropping crumbs. A sincere frick you to anyone who does this.
