Yeah, but you don't see many rich, trashy people living in a movable home with a few cars in their 'yard', do you?

i dont even care about the "trashy" people as much as those who seem to have never been in public before.

the type that just show no awareness of how to walk in a crowd without wandering aimlessly or stopping in tight spaces that everyone is trying to get through (or the flip side being really intense about it).

Bingo. I see it all the time. A perfect example are my son's friends. I can tell usually within the first 15-20 minutes when they come over which of them come from good homes and which come from trashy ones. And it has nothing to do with what brand clothes they're wearing or what gadgets they have, instead it has everything to do with what sort of manners they have and how they act.

I think one reason why so many people are so trashy nowadays is because they mistakenly think money makes them immune from being seen as trashy. We as a society have lost sight of the fact it's our manners, how we treat others, and how we present ourselves in general that matters when it comes to not being seen as trashy.

No. But I do see plenty of trashy people living in homes as nice or nicer than my own with $50k+ vehicles parked in the driveway.

Again, having money doesn't make someone classy any more than being poor makes one trashy.

Don't have to worry about being trashy there. It's not free, so apparently no trashy people will be there.

Honestly, it's just people wanting to have fun. Those of lower economic status want to be social and forget their issues sometimes.

What? How DARE people with less than us think they're allowed to have fun.

Dirty commoners need to learn their place - to exist so that I can feel better about my own lot in life.

This completely depends on the event. You want to head to Ponchatoula on the first nice weekend of the year for strawberry daiquiris and funnel cake? WTF do you expect? You want to head to the Wooden Boat Fest in Madisonville? Might see a different crowd.

Bottom line is frick Livingston and Ascension Parish and the garbage they drag everywhere.

Are we talking how we present ourselves in real life or does how we present ourselves on the internet count too? Cause I'm starting to feel a little nervous.
