It just rained for a good 10 minutes in BR. Glad the catholic schools are closed. Wouldn't have wanted my kids to be in school today while it rained.

but don't worry, while closing thru Wednesday they are going to re evaluate to see if they can open on Thursday. What a joke!

EBR is staying closed tomorrow and Thursday.

LSU is in class tomorrow.

We got the email yesterday afternoon saying school was back on for Tuesday

It's unreal they don't reopen Wednesday. Heck, even a half-day gets some education into their skulls.

I like how they will reevaluate opening on Thursday...duh! It's going to storm on Thursday.

Now, when we all wake up in BR on Friday morning, remnants of Laura will already be in Arkansas. It will be wet, but no reason to cancel classes. But you know they will not make that call. They will be too scared to make it on Wednesday. Just watch.
