The weight/height chart for Marines I found online gives a max body fat of 18%. A guy at 6'4 has a max weight of 226. 5'9 is 186. So it does slide with height..

Battlefield standards are the same. The concern is that some commanders want to get the first females in in order to be the "first" or prove their pro diversity cred. To get promoted. So they'll go soft anyway.

The roles that a lot of soldiers/marines/airmen/sailors play in the 21st century dont require as much physical ability as mental.

This suggests a training regimen as diverse as the force (diverse jobs, roles, skills, NOT talking skin color/sex/ etc.)
