You should have your license taken away. NEVER trust a blinker.
That is defensive driving 101. You will be cited every single time if you use the defense that they had their blinker on.

Another thing that grinds my gears is people who insist on leaving four car lengths in traffic. So that they constantly have people pulling in front of them slowing us down more.
when doing less than 30 on the interstate you should have maybe a car length between you.
