I've never had that experience, but I'm sure it occurs. I know a bunch of them that love what they do and won't hesitate to let you know.

I know a couple few, about half are braggadocious and half not. But each is a hard working mf'er. A couple of them, in particular, are humble dudes that make a very good living and willingly take the crap shift or any overtime no one else is willing to pick up to provide for their family.

I think it has to do with not having the best sense of money management combined with having a lot of time away from home thinking of ways to spend their money in a “fun” way to make life at home more enjoyable.
