I had a few issues I was fortunate enough to figure out before it was too late and I didn't end up in an even bigger hole. Luckily I learned from my mistakes of my youth and have since become a productive member of society. I've yet to shy away and deny the gaffes I've made. Not a badge of honor by any means but it helps me remember how dark things can get when I'm not proactive.

I'd say not getting arrested at least twice means you aren't really living.
