Mine finally corroded to the point of no return and before I go to Academy, I figured to ask if there is a better model ?

I had mine built by a guy in lacombe based on recs in an old thread. If you're around the North shore I'll look his name up for you.

A bayou classic will work fine.

Sidenote. Crawfish rigs are getting out of control imo. All you're doing is boiling water

High performance cookers makes some nice pots that are all SS, sturdy, and can boil water real fast even in the wind. I have the triple jet 120qt and I can be at a rolling boil for 2 sacks in about 7min. You can change out the jet burners to banjo and cook large pots of gumbo or the likes. They are spendy tho.

The jet isn't the bottleneck on the burner. It's the bottle. You can get double/triple jet and a high pressure regulator and the bottle it what you need to get bigger.
