The truck has the ROW. If it's a multi-lane highway, each vehicle should be able to proceed at the same time as long as they stay in the nearest lane. This assumes that neither driver is a female.

Ahhh gotcha. Truck still should have right a way IMO. I always yield in that scenario. If you are turning right on red or stop sign you will get another chance before the u turn truck.

I am pretty easy going and look to help traffic move better. I try to be helpful for others in a situation like that. If the tuck gets held up because someone is too impatient to wait in this scenario. It only holds up more people trying to turn left. They may miss the light because of this.

This sounds like South Sherwood.

Right of way goes to the person without the stop sign. If both of you turds would turn into the lane closest to you, it wouldn't be an issue.

Good luck getting that 18 wheeler to turn with a single lane.

I believe that you are supposed to stay in your lane when turning from one road to another. Therefore the truck "should" legally turn in the left lane and the car "should" turn into the right lane. This is the way that it would work if there wasn't a large truck involved. Being that the large truck can't turn into the left lane without entering the right lane, I believe the truck should yield to the car.

I have no idea if I'm right here, but that's my take on the issue.
