The national media is outraged over the audacity of people enjoying their holiday weekend, all of them are crying gloom and doom that we are all going to die because people won’t listen to them and stay locked up. frick ‘em

This all day long, 100X over. I think we all got on board at first, but the numbers just do not support the continued over reaction.

Here's a fact: The models were extremely wrong. The goal in the beginning was to not overwhelm hospitals. That has long since been accomplished. In Louisiana we spent $145 million converting the Morial Convention center into a hospital. They had 145 patients total. TOTAL! Most were homeless and very few needed to be hospitalized at all but were used to justify the existence of the makeshift hospital.

It's over. COVID is not what we thought it was going to be. We need to stop with the bullshite.

If the mask works so well then why are mask wearing people so mad that I don’t wear a mask. Your mask should protect you.

I feel like no one is washing their hands anymore. Now they are in the store touching their mask and face and touching shite at the store.

To your point....

Masks are basically a placebo. The masks and gloves are doing more harm than good as people don't know how to wear them, are continually adjusting them and not changing them. Think of the food workers who wear gloves all day and don't change them. They are touching a million things and then handing you your food. It's way worse than not wearing gloves and washing your hands periodically.
