Place St. Charles? If so, then yes. But I got out before they stopped people from using the elevators. There were a ton of people on 14 when I was leaving. We packed one of the elevators and it stopped on 11 for 1 person to get off. Then a recorded message on the elevator started playing, stating that the elevator was full "please wait for the next available elevator."

One of my coworkers parks in the building. They didn't unlock the doors to the garage, so he couldn't get to his vehicle to leave. Not sure if he ever made it out.
