The richest ones are the ones who work for companies that care about work/life balance.
Our schedule is hard to beat when there is no overtime.
Some plants averaging 200-300hrs OT a year per operator(optimal imo)
Some plants forcing everyone to work 1000+ hrs.
Just depends on the companies culture and hiring habits.
