Many are making more $80,000 a year.

That's right. Chemical haulers, over the road, are making a good living these days.

And there's a huge shortage of drivers between NO and Houston. If that holds up then compensation will only increase.

That Louisiana brain drain baw. Good ones either move away or work from home for some west coast company for more money and no drug testing!
