Judge admonishes her. She keeps going, He kicks her out. Reschedule court date. Something on the lines of like that.

Umm, it’s not hard to win state comp, Longshore Work Comp, and Jones Act Case’s. The plaintiff Atty’s have their doctors and the law favors the injured worker. There’s no fault in work comp and Seaman are wards of the court.

If a plaintiff Atty loses these types of cases, it’s a testament of how bad the atty is.

It may not be hard to win a workers comp case but I heard in Louisiana you have to miss 2 weeks to get a 1 week check for workers comp. Louisiana is last in the united states in benefits. However the lawyers make their money in large amount of people

He's in bad shape. Wasn't the most likeable person, but sad to see.
