there was one at the little aquairium at Audubon Park a LONG time ago...

still sad to hear about the alligator and the snapping turtle too...

Was there at 7 last night and snapped a few pics, it was trying to crawl out of the water but kept sinking back

I think they were all found in the same clutch in the wild. They are normally eaten by prey very quickly. Maybe some of the ones that were found have been bred, but I don't know.
