I mean, who gives a frick.
Maine is an awesome state. Clearly you've never been.
I'd probably have to vote New Hampshire. It's just a shitty version of Vermont.
New Hampshire is like competitive swimming. No one thinks about it or cares about it, except once every four years when EVERYONE cares.

The District Of Columbia.
What they do produce tends to be detrimental to the nation as a whole.
Technically not a state but they insist on being treated as one, so they make the list.
Outside of that, Vermont, Delaware, New Mexico, and Rhode Island have to be up there.
RI is basically a lawn jockey for Massachusetts.
Delaware’s only benefit is laws advantageous to banks and credit card companies.
Vermont is basically the middle of nowhere. It’s the mirror image of New Hampshire in that it is a socialist utopia as opposed to a supposedly small government state with no income tax.
New Mexico has some pretty scenery but not much else. It’s like the retarded little brother of Arizona and west Texas, having a lot of the same features but doing a lot less with them.
