Which phone takes best photos and video?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6. Wife has Iphone7. Need to upgrade and like her Iphone but wondering if there is anything better?

I have an S7 and always get people saying how great the pictures are.
Btw, tech board will sometimes give you more help than just the OT going back and forth on what phone they have.

The HTC U11 takes the best pictures and the Pixel is next in line, both being better than the S6 and the IPhone 7.

My Google pixel is top notch. It has a feature called auto high def resolution that makes taking quality pictures so easy.

I have an S8+ and iPhone 7plus and they both take incredible pictures for a phone. Really like how well they both do in low light situations.

I have a Galaxy S7 and the girlfriend has an iPhone 7. She always asks to use mine to take pictures because it's a couple notches better

Google pixel xl. It has the highest rated phone camera ever. At least,that is what google is marketing.

Second this. I have been an iPhone user forever and recently (less than a year) had to start using an S6 Active. I like the cameras from both Samsung and Apple, but the Pixel blew my mind.
