I pass it every day and I've never seen one in that style. Looks like a cross between a castle and something from Harry Potter.

Truth is that Chicken is putting in a place to stay for football weekends. Apparently he is tired of the high hotel prices.

The plans came from Florida. And my connections at the city permit office said they have no clue who the guy is. Someone from out of town supposedly.
