Being depressed every day or being angry every day.

Let's say you were depressed but were able to replace that with anger and make the depression go away, but only when you were focussed on your anger about something.

Which lifestyle would you rather live?

I’m trying to contemplate a hypothetical where I’d have to choose between only these 2 options. Gun to my head, I’d say anger. You could at least channel that into something productive for a while. Seems the constant cortisol release would cause some serious side effects, like heart attacks and whatnot. But at least you could have actually done more than mope around. But both very unhealthy in their on ways.

I love being depressed, fits my lifestyle of never going outside.

Depression is just rage turned inward.

Sometimes I would say this is true. But some depression is just chemical, from what I hear. I cant confirm that because Ive never experienced that type of depression.
