Millennials in my office made us have an hour meeting to discuss how we can start each meeting with a diversity moment instead of a safety moment. They then complained that they don’t feel welcomed in the office by older people. Maybe because you show up wearing capris and cat socks that don’t match with your non dairy fat free coffee from the organic place because Starbucks is too corporate now. Not making this shite up.

I’ll choose option 3...
Millennials who don’t know what age criteria/years born dictates millennials, therefore they don’t actually realize they are complaining about millennials while being a millennial.
