Where's your hoverboard?

Last year, kids were begging and crying for a hoverboard. Devoted parents would strangle a nun to get one for their precious.
Then they flooded Youtube with Christmas videos riding/crashing their beloved hoverboards.
Where are those hoverboards now? Do they still get used, or are they just in a closet waiting to explode?

Mine kids ride theirs everyday. They ride inside, outside, wherever and whenever they can. Best present ever.
