WARREN COUNTY, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) - A Springboro elementary school teacher accused of letting kids do drugs at her home has been released from jail on her own recognizance.
Amy Panzeca, 48, made her first court appearance this afternoon, where she entered a 'not guilty' plea.

Panzeca is charged with permitting drug abuse, endangering children and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The charges are the result of an investigation by the Warren County Drug Task Force and the Warren County Prosecutor's Office. A condition of her release is that Panzeca is to have no contact with anyone under the age of 18, however a judge says that does not include her family members. Panzeca will also be monitored by an electronic device while she is out of jail. If convicted, Panzeca could face up to three years in jail and a $7,000 fine.
Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell said Panzeca allowed juveniles to knowingly use acid inside her home. Fornshell also said she had knowledge that her son was selling the drug, but did not take action. According to the prosecutor, he was dealing to 20-30 students, predominately in the Springboro School District.
Panzeca is a fifth grade teacher at Five Points Elementary and has worked for the district for more than 20 years. A spokesperson for the district said Panzeca is on paid administrative leave. Students who have been assigned to her classroom will have a long-term substitute. Parents of students in her class will be getting a phone call today.
Springboro schools return to class later this week on Thursday, August 17.
According to the Warren County Jail website, Panzeca arrested Monday night from a home on Sesame Street.

Can you imagine if this many male teachers were busted banging female students? There would be congressional involvement at this point.

So now it begins folks. Those with children better know everything your children are doing inside your home bc you will be charged for their crimes.

The search warrant states that detectives interviewed Panzeca's son, who admitted to giving his mother money to buy "bitcoins," he said he then used the "bitcoins" to buy LSD online

They were around. You just didn't hear about it unless you were involved with one.

We had one at my HS, back in the 80's, but it was a guy. He got locked up, about 3 days before the state baseball championships.
