I couldn't get a rapid test from the Covington location without a virtual appointment/screening. Metairie location you can schedule a rapid test without even talking to a doctor.
Suppose to be $120 worst case going through insurance. I just tested yesterday so don't have a bill yet. Their cash price is $200.

I didn't have to do the virtual appointment and my co-pay was $50.00. Went last Friday night.
