When 30 year old chicks walked into a hangout when I was in college, we immediately said "Its there for the taking boys". Of course we didn't say that to her, and proceeded to chat her up like she was the hottest thing there. But we weren't planning on adding her to our 'study group'

And if a 30 year old dude walked in, we stood around and cracked jokes as he walked around trying to be 'chill' while the girls were hitting him up for free drinks

If you hang around with college kids post 30s. Youre losing the inside track on getting ahead in life
