My tungsten started cutting of my circulation after 10 years (maybe I packed on a few pounds) so I gave the silicone rings a try. Wish they would’ve had these around sooner!! It’s the way to go.

lost mine about 5 years after marriage. bought titanium replacement at Wal-Mart for about $30. works just as good as the other one.

tungsten is what I'm thinking of going with especially since I have a reaction to nickle and hate yellow gold... not thrilled about not being able to resize it tho
