It actually looks like North LA might have more severe weather.

South LA ought to stay dry most of the afternoon. Instability is being limited by a temperature inversion in the upper levels from the LIX balloon this morning.

Thursday looks more promising for severe weather but it's still nothing spectacularthankfully.
