When will the BLM movement be considered a hate group

I've been saying this, I don't think it applies to everyone in the movement but after the attacks so far and if they continue will the perception of BLM change from peaceful movement to hate group?
It's not that this is random members as leaders of BLM have been proven to be racists, granted idk if any of them have called for violence.

Well, they would have to be a real group with some organization to be classified.
