I have one manned a few jobs as MWD and DD when we were short handed. its hard to sleep easy knowing any second you may get woke up with an issue

Believe me, all of the downfalls were brought up to upper management. Mostly by me, because I was the only one with field experience. It went in one ear and out the other. All they saw was potentially saving money and not a frick was given about employees

The monopoly of OPEC is over. Fracking transformed the industry much like Amazon did to brick and mortar.
