For me it was today at lunch with co-workers. Sneezed and physics dictated that I sprayed my drawers. Luckily happened at the end of the meal and I drove straight home and was able to take a quick shower....

About 2 months ago I had just woke up in the morning and I went to cut a fart, except it wasn't just a fart and I shite my pants.

Last time I remember was when my wife and I went out on our first date together. I spent an hour getting ready, making sure I dressed, looked, and smelled my best. I was brushing my teeth and had to let one rip but ended up shitting myself and all down my leg. I was late as frick for our first date and she thought I was going to stand her up.
I thought "frick it, what do I have to lose?" so I told her what happened and she laughed for a good 10 minutes. The rest is history.
